Add support for button combos that are built-in to controllers:
y+x+start for three seconds updates the origin
b+x+start for three seconds resets
Changed CPeripheralInterface to a namespace and renamed to ProcessorInterface

PowerPC: Fixed moronic bug in mcrfs - together with correctly computing FPRF (which is a new option, slows down slightly) in a few ops this fixes most remaining math errors in Super Monkey Ball and eliminates the need for the HLE hacks. Make sure to have up-to-date gameconfigs. Unfortunately, F-Zero still doesn't work. Misc other small changes. Indent some code.

Improve register view window (now shows fp, various special regs). If the window is too small, delete the RegisterView section in your Debugger.ini.
