dolphin/Source/Plugins/Plugin_VideoSoftware/Src/OpcodeDecoder.h, branch 3.5

Eliminated the plugin interface. Merged DX9/DX11/OGL video plugins into Dolphin. It could still use a lot of cleanup. Lots of things are still named "plugin". Software renderer is temporarily disabled until it gets some namespaces. I only updated vs08/10, Linux/OSX builds are broken.

enable newline normalization
get revision number via `hg svn info` for svnrev.h
ignore incremental/generated binary files (windows/VS at least)
leave a comment if some files need native eol set in svnprops

Adding software rendering plugin. This is aimed at accurate emulation, not fast. Its more like a debugging tool than actually useful.
