Replaces all occurrences of ftell and fseek with ftello and fseeko, respectively. This matters on non-win32 where only these names are altered by the _FILE_OFFSET_BITS define. Win32 still just maps the funcs to ftelli64/fseeki64. 2009-05-21Wii images can now be scrubbed and compressed (my z:tp wii is now 1.08GB :D )Shawn Hoffman
Currently scrubbing will display a warning that it removes the garbage data PERMENENTLY from the original file (mainly for speed of scrubbing). It could be removed in the future if people agree with me, since it is indeed just garbage.
