enable them add -DDSTPTOOL and -DUNITTESTS to the cmake command line.
Also, don't check to see if a directory is a wad file. They aren't. This removes an annoying and invalid debug assertion with the debug build.

add ticket to CNANDContentLoader
move wad installer to CNANDContentManager
system menu can now be launched from a wad file without being installed first, (return to system menu from another title will still only work if system menu is installed)
cdb.vff: flushed to disc immediately, creates if the file exists but is too small, moved creation to Boot_WiiWad

Reading, writing, and error checking became simpler in most cases. It should be near impossible to forget to close a file now that the destructor takes care of it. (I hope this fixes Issue 3635) I have tested the functionality of most things, but it is possible I broke something. :p

(including cmake/cpack) do not install the empty directories in the shared data, and so the paths need to be created at runtime.
Also set up cmake/cpack to create prebuilt binary packages and source packages.
Also change the vertex shader dump file name in the gfx debugger to something that makes more sense.

for disc titles)
correct some parts of uid.sys as disc title ids are included
title in uid + tmd on nand is how the sysmenu knows which save files to look for.
IE games that are displayed in the disc channel at least once and have a save file will be
viewable in the sysmenu save manager

and Wii/sys directories if they do not already exist. This conflicts with
DolphinApp::OnInit (run after constructors) which populates the User tree
only if there isn't already something there.
Instead, set up the two directories in the Data tree.
With this change, sys/uid.sys still won't be created until the _second_ run
after a fresh install, so these file initializations should be moved out of
constructors so that they will be run after OnInit().

ascii with unicode wxstring:format)
use appropriate extensions extracting compressed wii discs
check for tmd+tik for each title and list titles correctly for sysmenu versions <=0xE0
this will allow viewing of installed channels but they will not launch until ES_Launch is emulated
so far I have not been able to determine why later sysmenu versions do not display channels correctly
switching between system menu versions is as simple as rightclicking a system menu wad in the gamelist and installing to wiimenu than restarting

currently you can choose Tools > Install Wii Menu or right click wad from the gamelist and install
restart required to have the Tools > Load Wii Menu work

installs a WAD when booting it fails (when it's not bootable), I'm not sure whether there should be a menu option specially for installing WADS...
note: If you previously manually installed WADS by creating a *file* called "CONTENT", trying to reinstall that WAD automatically will fail unless you delete the file.
Added some empty log files that some games require for DLC to be recognized.

Currently scrubbing will display a warning that it removes the garbage data PERMENENTLY from the original file (mainly for speed of scrubbing). It could be removed in the future if people agree with me, since it is indeed just garbage.
Any tips for making scrubbing faster would be welcomed :)
