Subject: standard compiler compatibility changes (#3040)

* move math to cmath

* replace stdarg to cstdarg

* change stdint to stdint.h

* minor fixes

* change stdio to cstdio

* change stdlib to stdlib

* renamed ctype to cctype

* fix missing argument for UNSET_FLAG
