Add categorized sequence randomization (#1823)
* Added sequence categories and categorized vanilla sequences
* Parse numeric category suffixes of custom sequences
* Changed argument name to match header
* Add categorized song shuffling
* Comment matches macro
* Added toggle for categorized shuffling
* Recategorized events as fanfare
* Fix crash when custom sequence suffixes are non-numeric
* Tidy up error handling
