Add cheat for removing age restrictions on items (#1644)
* Add Cheat for disabling age check on equipment
* Add Cheat for disabling age check on equipment... pt 2
* cleanup some logic with macros
* Keep adult strength as child & prevent equipment greyout
* Timeless Equipment cleanup
