ZAPD now supports multiple verbosity levels (#50)
* ZAPD no longer outputs it's name on start up.
This wastes CPU cycles and creates unnecessary IO time. ZAPD doesn't need to output this.
* Implements verbosity flag to output the ZAPD intro
* ZAPD now supports multiple levels of verbosity in output.
* Fixes build error for new verbosity setting.
