Fix all warnings raised by IDO (#152)
* Fix all warnings raised by IDO, ignore trailing commas
* Set -woff=624,...; keep const in printf functions
* Remove redefined macros in irqmgr.c
* Remove DECR macro & reformat
* Address PR comments from AngheloAlf
