* name main fields and regs for pages drawing
* comments
* format

* roll -> pitch (oops)
* Document `PauseContext.offsetY`, `R_PAUSE_OFFSET_VERTICAL` as "y origin 1/2"
* copypaste comment on page pitches fields
* "offset depth" -> "depth offset"
