Improving standard compiler compatibility (#2926)
* Adding explicit dolphin/ prefix & fix characters * Rename ShiftJIS to SJIS * Separate JASSeqReader read methods implementation between compilers. * Fix pointer.h * fix d_item_data typo * fix gcn matching issue
