Build all GC retail ROMs in Jenkins (#2027)
* Build all GC retail ROMs in Jenkins
* Delete progress tracking
Doesn't play nicely with deleting extracted/ and build/ after each version,
and it currently serves no purpose
* Update Jenkinsfile
